- 21 years of age
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Maintain reliable transportation
- Expert in general clerical, secretarial, receptionist, word processing, filing, and record-keeping tasks
- Ability to handle proprietary, sensitive and confidential information
- Ability to obtain and maintain required investigator credentials
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including highly technical writing, proofreading, and editing
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Very detail oriented individual
- Basic knowledge of and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance
